When logging in to Interlibrary Loan, if you receive a message stating that your account needs to be reinstated, try using the following link to log out of the proxy server. If that doesn’t work, you will need to clear your browser cache, close the browser and restart your computer. Afterwards, you should be able to log in as normal. Books, journal articles, and other research materials not owned by the University of Iowa Libraries can usually be borrowed from other libraries. (ILL Policy)
Document Delivery
Articles or chapters from nonelectronic journals, newspapers, or books held in any University of Iowa Library (with the exception of the Law Library and Curriculum Lab) can be scanned, delivered electronically, and available for viewing for 28 days.
