Collections:
University News Service. Press releases issued by the Office of University Relations, beginning in 1942. RG 23.0005.001.
Online University of Iowa news releases, 1998-2013. Formerly maintained by the Office of University Relations on its website, the news releases hosted on the former website are captured in the University Archives’ web archive.
Publications:
Alumni magazines, including The Iowa Alumnus (1903-1925), The Iowa Alumni Review (1947-1993), The Iowa Alumni Quarterly (1993-2000), and The Iowa Alumni Magazine (2000- ). Back issues of all alumni publications, with the exception of the most recent five years, are available online as part of the Iowa Digital Library. RG 01.0009.002.

fyi. Established in 1964 for faculty and staff by the University’s office of public information. fyi in print form was discontinued in 2005. RG 23.0005.002.
fyi online. Back issues dating from 1997 to June 2010 are available online in the Internet Archive.
General catalogs. Course descriptions, faculty and staff listings, and general University information; 1855- . RG 01.0008.001.
Spectator. Published since 1967 by the Office of University Relations as a monthly newspaper for alumni and friends of the University. RG 01.0009.002.
Spectator@Iowa. The online version of Spectator was launched in 2009 and features an archive of past issues.
Newspapers:
The Daily Iowan and its predecessor newspapers The University Reporter, The Vidette, and The Vidette-Reporter have chronicled University life since 1868. A nearly-complete microfilmed set of these student-produced newspapers is available for viewing in Media Services, Main Library. A portion of these newspapers is also available online as part of the Iowa Digital Library.
